About Beth

Beth Rosen is a professor of yoga, with over 800 hours of certified training (RYT with Yoga Alliance), a certified Zumba instructor and a professionally trained healer.  She has studied with world-renowned masters from all walks of life in numerous areas of expertise, including spiritual enlightenment, healing, yoga, business, law, comedy, writing, social media, dance, marketing, kundalini awakening, meditation and martial arts (tai chi, capoeira and isshinryu karate). Her mentors include Shihan Kim, former USA Olympic Gold Medalist Women’s Coach, Dr. Ajay Kotwal from the Himalayan foothills, Yogi Hari (haha yoga, nada yoga, raja yoga), Yogi Ramesh Pandey (laughing yoga), Ron Wilding (long distance meditative healing), Kai Kusinow (tai chi and body alignment) and Barbara Brennan (hands of light healing). Beth integrates her healing expertise with physical exercises, using ancient secrets passed down from her numerous lineages to rejuvenate and energize the body, increase longevity and unlock a person’s natural chi.

Beth has a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, where she was President of the Entrepreneurial Club, and a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she wrote for the Business Law Review. She has over 25 years of legal experience, having worked as an international corporate, banking, structured finance and insolvency attorney at top law firms, including Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, Shearman & Sterling LLP and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP.

Time and pressing deadlines has always been a constant in her life. Unwilling to trade wealth for health, she studied with various masters, learning ancient secrets to healthy living and right exercise, incorporating them into short focused physical, breathing and moving meditation exercises that dovetail with a busy schedule and keep you energized, calm but alert and focused throughout the day. It is one of her missions to pass this gift to others so they can live a healthy life no matter what their time constraints. Beth has always been athletic. She played varsity soccer at college and ran three NYC marathons. She loves sports and has overcome serious health issues through healing techniques, meditation, breath work, dance, positive thinking and focused exercise done in a fraction of the time that most fitness classes and training regimens are taught. She is also a Quantum Leap graduate and a certified Knowledge Broker, and has designed curriculums and courses in business, film and writing.

Beth is also an award nominated film producer, writer, actress, artist, songwriter and film editor. As a filmmaker, she co-produced and acted in Scavenger Killers, a film starring Academy/EMMY®/Golden Globe winners and nominees Eric Roberts, Charles Durning and Robert Loggia. The film was written by critically acclaimed Producer/Director Kenneth Del Vecchio. She also worked as an associate producer of The Life Zone (which prompted a media frenzy), An Affirmative Act (a pro-gay marriage film), and O.B.A.M. Nude (a satire of President Obama). All three films are available on VOD (and DVD) through NBC/Universal and Screen Media Films.

In 2012, Beth served as the Assistant Director of the Hoboken International Film Festival after her short film Photo Finish (co-written and co-produced with EMMY® award winning writer, Mort Scharfman), was nominated for “Best of the Festival Audience Award.” She also created, wrote, directed, produced, and acted in two Television Web Series: Chasing Fairy Tail, a comedy which pokes fun of fairy tales, and Between Two Firs, a holiday parody of Between Two Ferns. The films were subsequently invited into several prominent film festivals after premiering on the internet. She recently acted in and served as production manager on the film American Wisper, which has won nine international film festival awards, and is currently streaming in the U.S. and around the world.

Beth is a #1 best selling author of “Living Proof: Celebrating the Gifts that Came Wrapped in Sandpaper” with Lisa Nichols (co-author of “Chicken Soup for the African American Soul”). She has written and illustrated several children’s books and books of wisdom which are currently in development as potential television series. She is the owner of Signature Beth Productions LLC, where she is currently in development and preproduction on a variety of media projects for television and film, including scripted and unscripted comedy, drama, suspense-thrillers, animation and reality docudramas and event series. She has shows at various award winning/nominated studios with foreign distribution interest and co-production offers on various projects. She has over 70 intellectual properties in development (some co-owned), many with multiple EMMY® /Peabody/Oscar/ Golden Globe award winning/nominated talent, producers, composers and writers attached, and is in development on an innovative interactive streamer and a disruptive wellness app.

Her diverse background, training and life experiences give her the unique ability to create content on a myriad of topics. She is a master with words, healing, yoga and energy, and like all masters, she draws you in to draw you out. Beth is also a social influencer. Some of her original quotes speak to the heart of humanity and have been shared over 167,000 times and reached over 12 million people in a month. Beth has a combined organic (no paid ads) social media reach of between 1 million to 29 million a month with up to 4 million engagements a month. She is also a former radio show host for Spotlight Radio on Rhinoonair.com.
